He checked the venting, the drain side, a couple other things, then explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. Turned out the issue wasn’t as bad as I thought, which was a relief. He had the parts needed and handled the repair the same visit. What I liked most was how straightforward everything felt. Clean work, no mess left behind, and the stackable unit is running the way it should again. Washer drains fine now, dryer heats and finishes a normal load without taking all day.
